Ms. Davis’ research interests are in health services research, implementation science, behavioral economics, the impact of social determinants, and health care utilization by patients with complex needs. She has experience in evaluation research and policy-focused analyses of quantitative and qualitative data. Her doctoral training has focused on methodological expertise.
Her current role at Kaiser Permanente is in clinical operations support, where she leads a regional initiative focused on care improvement for patients with complex health and social needs. Ms. Davis’ other research interests include care model redesign, health insurance, hospital financing, health care reform, and the health care safety net.
